Catalyst Academies Trust has an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in becoming a Teaching Assistant Apprentice. We are going to be working with Chelmsford College to offer a TA apprenticeship programme.
You would be employed for the two-year programme and the resulting apprentice qualification could be the stepping stone to training as a teacher or you could be employed as a highly trained TA.
Apprentices are paid for 5 days of the school week but would train for one day. Off the job training would take place locally so you will not need to travel.
